The question is if you have all songs in one project or if you want to
amplify tracks on the hard disc.
You can do both with Audacity.
To be precise, I'm talking about (loudness) normalization.
Amplify doesn't work in batch processing like it does in Audacity
because it operates with the highest peak of all selected tracks and
this doesn't work with files (since they had to be passed twice).
However, there is always a way.

That allows you to choose a sort of normalised volume level, after
selecting multiple files, and just processes them in place.
