Report on yesterdays flying. With the XC camp in progress Jimmy, Ron and
myself had to line up 1,2,3 for takeoff so as not to hinder camp flying. We
took off too early as a result and had to grind it out for about an hour
waiting for conditions to improve. And improve they did with the best
soaring form about 2 to 5 o clock working the convergence formed cloud
streets in the Sierras.
The XC camp needs to be re named to XC and OLC camp. The pilots were
clearly divided into two groups with the OLC pilots putting up some very
nice scores. Camp OLC pilots were found in all quadrants flying high and
working good thermals.

As a club we rank # 8. Very respectable indeed !!!
