Not by me (AW 2.73) but there is a bug, because the name of custom
start color is wrong in the second document. It now has the name of
color in the first document.
Ah I found it, I use a standard doc which already has custom colors.
When I use the real standard doc (supplied with AW) I get the same
error. I also test it with the other fill tools (linear and flat) and
it gives the same error. Also hatch is not bugfree. It also remembers
the name of the custom color of the first doc.
Looks like the fill and hatch tools doesn't correctly reset the name
of the previous selected color if that custom color is not available
in any loaded document.
