Load an image with custom colours and set up the radial fill tool using one
of those colours as the first colour of the fill. I don't think you actually
need to have a fill using this colour combination - merely setting up the
fill tool seems to be sufficient. Close the image while the radial fill tool
is still selected. Load another image that does not have those custom
colours, and you should get 'Unexpected error Ec03' when you click anywhere
in the new image.
