1.create triangle with 18 degree angle,<go to Vector> radiate 20 from
point, tick circle <go back to Artworks> align results to a circle at
the size you want - intersect with top
or
2. Draw a line - radiate 10 from centre, tick circle, join lines then
intersect with a circle
