No, because you add another layer of confusing options when all that the
(rare) situation requires is for the background layers to be moved into
the foreground for the purposes of the specific illustration.  This should
be trivial for anyone who understands the software enough to be able to
write a tutorial, while keeping things simple for those who don't.
