Using the solid booster gas for spooling the turbine now that is
interesting!

Russel mentioned a lip and piston on the back side using a pressure
channel to maintain balance.

Note the insulated pipe on the left hand side of pump. It’s a gas bleed from
the first stage solid propellant booster used to spool the turbine up. All
the valves including that one are pyrotechnically operated. The next valve to
open is the starter hypergol bottle at the top right. The vessel and feed
pipe to left of it is the regeneratively cooled gas generator. Perhaps if
Alexander can translate the legend on the drawing, it may be helpful for
those participating.
