Yes, but Iris isn't in $.Apps. It is in $.Internet.Apps. I wasn't aware
that was automatically scanned.
Wild thought, but some programs (eg. MenuBar) have the option to save
system variables. It's very dangerous for just this kind of reason, but I
thought I should mention it in case it triggers a memory/idea.
I've done it by accident in years gone by, and debugging it can be a real
tough cookie if you don't know the "feature" is there!
