However, SharedLibs$Path has somehow been set to point within Iris:

What I haven't yet found is where that gets set, when I haven't run Iris
and it isn't 'looked at' during Boot. Something must be doing it.
OK so RISC OS scans certain directories by default like Apps and hence
thats why it is being set to the internal SharedLibs in Iris.
Either move Iris out of Apps directory or have a short cut to the
Resources version of sharedlibs ion your pinboard and double click on that
if you want to run Otter/Qupzilla etc.
