I also assume that Andrew has good reasons for not giving us the details
now, or else he would have released it this week rather than next week.
Well, I just wanted to make sure all the "i"s were dotted and "t"s crossed
before making the announcement. And prepare folks because I felt a little
embarrassed at having to make a charge when normally the updates are free.
I'll probably make the announcement this weekend. Essentially I just have
to sign the job off with the programmer, so that we're clear to release.
