It is the same process that has worked well for the last few years for
SPs. I think we just need to tune things a bit. This is why it is a

However, you're right to mention SparkFS, as users may have bought the
full version. I will consider treating it like !Fireworkz where the

OK, so this is now done. For the release SP12, SparkFS read-only will be
provided in its own folder, like Fireworkz.
I'll compare !Printers versions and see if the clean-up script needs
further updating. I'm not aware of internal changes to !Printers, but I
may have missed something. I've already dealt with the issue that
affected Chris Hughes when he manually updated, but I'll look to see if
there's something else lurking there too.
I have compared !Printers 1.85 and 1.89 (ie. versions from SP8 and 12) and
the files in each folder are identical (in name, if not content). As
such, a "drop on top" upgrade should replace all files as required
(assuming the necessary copy options are set as per the instructions).
I will discuss this with Chris further.
