According to the density values you report the differences must be quite dramatic.
What happens when you use this profile <http://digitalproof.info/argyll/2011_V6_test.icc.zip>to print from Aperture and one of the other Applications (perceptual without BPC in both cases)? What are the L-values of the black patch? Are there any abnormalities in the /prints/? (please ignore any abnormalities in previews or softproofs -- just look at the prints)
