[argyllcms] Black-/White-Level Observer Dependency?

Hello,
there seems to be a dependency between the chosen Observer in Dispcal
and the measured black-/white-level.
E.g. (two measurements with DispcalGUI "Report on uncalibrated display
device" less than a minute apart):
With the standard (2°) observer:
Black level = 0.22 cd/m^2, White level = 156.70 cd/m^2
With 10° observer:
Black level = 0.25 cd/m^2, White level = 172.16 cd/m^2
Is this dependency to be expected?
