I too went through a group of different packages and ended up going back
to Quickbooks, but the Manufacturing and Wholesale version. It doesn't
have all the features you need, but as Qbooks users for 10 years, it cut
down on the learning curve. I did find many useful features that I could
customize.
I tried a few add-on programs to Quickbooks, like Wilcom's BE ( I think
that's the name) and was very disappointed. A salesman came out and had
trouble installing it. That program slowed my computer to a crawl and
was loaded with bugs. The tech support was abysmal, either not receiving
responses or waiting days for them. Finally , the salesman stopped
returning my calls. As a prospective buyer, you'd think they'd try to
prove themselves at least until I'd invest my hard earned dough.
Although I used T-Quoter for only a few days, it seemed to be a good
program. I also tried Fast Manager, but gave up after an hour.

It's set up to run either Screenprinting or Embroidery or both. and
can be very extensive or very simple. you can use all the features or
just the couple you like, It will invoice as well as schedule, price
and keep a database of design info and order info.
Its around $1000 and additional users run $250 -$300 I think.
Always cheaper if you make arrangements at a show. (Show Specials)
I have been very impressed. and comes with the complete catalogs for
Alpha, Broder , and SanMar to start with. including pricing.
Just an FYI since we are just getting started in it's use, and don't
feel I can give a real testimonial yet.

item with multiple size pricing a separate code for each size-so
there is NO
making mistakes. Saves arguing everytime.
Shirts might be only $1 to $3 additional, but jackets and
sweatshirts can be
over $10 different.
