John, I have the WACF. The design was put together from Dakota Flag section
by the customer's previous embroider. What I can't understand is why my cap
slips backward during sewing.

Which cap frame?  Conventional or WACF.   Might help those on the list
troubleshoot.  Were the designs digitized specifically for hats?  You can
edit EXP's if you have Pro+ by the way.  Right click and convert to
wireframe.

All,
            I have my very first customer order for hats and I can not get
them hooped where they do not move while sewing. The Caps are OTTO style
27-211. The design is two flags which start sewing towards the top of the
cap.  I can not edit the sewing of the design as it was sent to me in exp
format. My cap moves as it sews throwing off the registration. I have ruined
two already. I have tried tearaway and up to two sheets of cutaway backing,
as well as slowing the sewing speed down to 500spm. Any suggestions?
