I have had great customer service from Nick Reinking. He was very attentive to
my needs. He moved over to the Sales side of the business. I have also
communicated with Lonnie Wright in Denver and Lynn Weaver in Dallas. Both were
eager to help me and have followed up with emails and information. I hate that
Melco went away from ARC thread but I am not unhappy with Melco as a whole. I
am sorry that you have a bad experience with someone at Melco.
