[amayausers] Tshirt embroidery

I have large order for about 50 tshirts that need a left chest logo sewn on
them. I have done about 5 of them and I get small holes throughout the logo.
Can anyone give me some advice on sewing tshirts?? Like what kind of backing,
settings, solvy, etc?? I am using 3 oz cut away backing with solvy.
