HELP! It is the weekend and our machine is acting up. First, it would not trim
clean. So I changed the knife, cleaned the area and lubercated it well. Then it
started to trim off and on, (looks like the grabber was grabbing the thread but
it wasn't getting cut)ruining my design that I've sewn over and over. I looked
online for help and found that my hook timing may be off. So I did that, tried
to sew again and now the thread is shredding and looks like it's tangled
underneath the backing. The needle guard gap is correct, the hook timing is
good....what else do I need to check?
IS THERE A TECH IN HAWAII TO SERVICE THIS MACHINE?
