Sounds like your tech didn't test the machine thoroughly enough before he left- 
the problem you describe is definitely for a tech to fix; since it sounds like 
the problem wasn't fixed properly last visit, maybe you could get a 
"discounted" tech visit.  Is your machine still under warranty?
