About 2 months ago I was working on a design, long story short thread grabber
hit the left arm and Xsy (my XT) broke, I finally got a tech on Friday and
while he was here the machine stitched out a design (only 2 colors), Needle 7
is not working properly, I can see that it is not catching the bobbin thread
and it sure looks like the acti feed is not working either. With other needles
it will just break and or make big loose stitches,skip stitches or make a bad
job. beofre this incident the machine was working like a dream, except that
when the thread grabber was doing its job it would make a funny noise that made
me believe sometime it was cutting the needle (but didnt). Called Melco, of
course they blamed it on the design, which has stitched out perfectly on
anothre XT.
Can somebody please help me? THANK YOU!
