I have two XT's and each one requires a different setting depending on the embroidery project. The bobbin tension is crucial to the thread break issue and the correct bobbin makes a difference. I only use NEB bobbins, but I have heard others claim success with Coats. Keep in mind that every machines, even though identical, will not be a "one setting fits all" type of thing. The XT is just a tool and as with any tool, knowing the best way to adjust it to your skill is key. =========================================================== The AmayaUsers Mailing List Website: http://www.amayausers.com Discussion Board: http://www.amayausers.com/boards Subscribe/Unsubscribe: http://www.amayausers.com/list ===========================================================
