[amayausers] Question

We have had a strange thing happening lately (no, we have not installed our
new upgrades yet). Rod will be digitizing a design and all of a sudden the
entire screen just dissappears and he ends up with the desk top only. The
design, file---even if it was saved and he is editing it--dissappears. We
can do a file search and it is no where to be found. This has now happened
three times within the past two weeks. Have any of you experienced this in
the past? Thanks.
