(In Amaya OS software: Click on Tools, Options, Ethernet) Otherwise it will take you longer to figure out where you left off in the design. Once you learn this manual process, it's not that difficult but as I said, until you learn the manual way of getting back to where you left off in a design, it's best to try everything possible before killing power to the machine. How much time elapsed between when you went to start the applique trimming and when you hit the start button?? Is it possible that your computer's hard drive went into it's "sleep mode" waiting on the machine to resume sewing?? I always make sure my customer's computers that run their Amayas are set to never go into sleep mode when using main power - not the battery. If this is the case, then the machine looses communications with the PC and this can cause all sorts of problems which will require a reboot.
