I need help with my XT, I was in the middle of sewing an appique and hit the
button to bring it out for cutting and when I hit the green go button after
returning it to the previous position my design is gone from os screen. I have
tried all this:the machine has been turned off, rebooted and restarted. I have
not been able to get it to go back to the place where it sopped. I have checked
the estop an it is not engaged. Please help I have tons of work to do and I
need to get up and running before Monday when the techs are in the office...
