I'd be glad to run off a test for you with my iron-on material...
if you have the nylon flags already.
Sounds like the customer is trying to squeeze change out of a penny...
try and make them realize what a full set of flags 'each year' is  
worth for
2-3, 4 years...and if he spends the right amount now, he will have  
flags good
for 4-5 years easily. So what he pays now, divided by 4 or 5, is a  
fraction of
what he thinks it is...works for me!
I just did 52 'golf ball' coroplast signs with holders, tees, etc.  
for the local
hospital fund raiser-at $37.50 each...and then another 20 some-odd for
the chamber of commerce. All done so they can be reused for same  
sponsors
next year or have the lettering peeled off and the sign used for new  
sponsor...
and then found out the chamber was giving the signs 'back' to the  
sponsors-
she thought THEY owned the signs! I told her NO...this was a special  
package
so NEXT year she wouldn't have to buy them all over again! Duh....
