My tech, Robert Wood said I could put his name and numbers on the list. Robert
has an embroidery and screen printing business in Farmington, NM. He travels
everywhere to service machines and has always helped me. He also has a snese of
humor!
Better yet, Bob now is able to make and send a video to walk you through the
steps to fix most problems!!! Guess he could be a world-wide tech!
