Okay, Did a no-no.
The knife holder was not positioned over the hook, has about 1/8in space
between hook and hole and metal is not stretchy at all. I tried repeatedly to
bring them together and had attempted it over the past month of working on this
knife thing, hours.
But the pushrod does not budge: Maybe I need some special tools, but pulling on
it was fruitless. The knife would only slide back so far and then butted
against whatever. So, as I do need to be able to embroider. I did what I needed
to do to work.
Every time I call the tech here he prefaces his response with, well we can't
send you anyone now. About the trimmer not trimming, the tech said last week
not to bother him with silly stuff.
Now I see the pin and how the thing pivots on it so I'll try toggling it.
