Try rebooting the computer and see if the light on the diskette lights up on
the front of the computer as the computer boots. Usually you can hear the
diskette drive spinning a couple times looking for a diskette as the computer
boots.
Once the compputer boots up, open 'my computer' and see if you have an 'A'
drive. If not go to the BIOS and make sure it didn't get disabled for some
reason.
