NO NO NO...never trim the bobbin thread except for the 'long end' hanging off...
you know how you can open a bag of dogfood by pulling the 'magic' thread and
the bag end just zips open? Well, that's what your bobbin thread is to
embroidery. Just cut that and your sewing will just unravel.
