AND don't forget-this is the CUSTOMER'S FAULT...they cannot expect you to fix it for free! GET $$ PER HOUR FOR LABOR from start to finish. Hoop it, line the chalk mark up with center of hoop. In Design shop, run a simple walk stitch about 10% inside the letter you need to embroider, 35 or 40 stitch lenght, then move this to be the first item sewn. Send it to Amaya, and add a pause after the first 'inline'. Now start the sewout after moving the hoop around with the laser to where you think it should land-don't forget your 'offset' distance for the pointer. Set to about 400 spm, and sew only your 'line'. If it is exactly where you want it, go ahead and sew the letter down. If it is way off, carefully pull the stitch out, move the hoop a little, and reload the design-sew just the line again. Once you have it where you want it, leave it as part of the underlayment for the letter unless it is a small letter. After the pause, either pull the stitch out or just keep sewing, set the speed up to 1000 or so. Should be fine for you! Just remember-WE are not responsible for CUSTOMER errors! Time is MONEY! Good luck. =========================================================== The AmayaUsers Mailing List Website: http://www.amayausers.com Discussion Board: http://www.amayausers.com/boards Subscribe/Unsubscribe: http://www.amayausers.com/list ===========================================================
