Also, to me it is jaw-dropping that none of this is considered criminal. Just
how it looked at first glance (like a Ponzi scheme) would have prevented an
ethical person from accepting the engagement. It is definitely in the territory
where the lack of objectivity of the receiver and his interest in continued
