Oh, Neil, anyone could do that. Everyone wants to think the best about people,
that’s not a bad trait.
If you had been around Ross as much as I was you’d have gotten the same feeling.
Incidentally, one of the contracts my dad bought was non-performing. I had to
foreclose. It’s property on the Oregon coast, so maybe it will sell someday. So
the Trust can afford an attorney again LOL.

Julia, You have had a far more involvement with Ross Miles than I ever had.
Mine was maybe just an introduction and brief words maybe 18 years ago or
more. I was referred to him by my CPA who I can't blame for any of this, as
he trusted him too. You were able to see years ago he was a crook. When I
bought a contract that Maureen Wyle was responsible for in about 2000, it
turned out to be vastly over valued. I bought and within 2 months the owner
was filing for bankruptcy. I lost over 100,000.00 and I still forged ahead
with aem. Silly me! :-(

Also, if it hasn't come up in these emails, Janice R pointed out to me that
we have to be concerned about our minimum withdrawals from IRA's. How can we
when there is no money? It seems a letter to the IRS is in order sooner
rather than later to explain? And withdrawing any cash one has with Pensco
so they can't withdraw quarterly fees. Don't expect Pensco to reply. I have
tried twice.

Ross may need to watch over his back as long as he isn't in prison. Just
saying, maybe prison is a safer place for him to be? Personally I prefer
to just enjoy the rest of my life in a peaceful mode at home here in
Salmon Creek. :-)

Yes Robert, that CO property! It could have been anyone of us! Ross Miles
must have read an instructional book by Bernie Madoff! Bernie is in
prison for 145 years! Ross, if it's just 20 he will be dead by then
anyway!

Just finished looking at the Hamstreet document and it's pretty
revealing. The comingling of funds, loans to individuals, over stating
property values, and it appears that a marina in Mexico had an
additional 3 million just transferred to it. When we initially invested
in AE's, we were told that they held the ONLY loan on property, only
loaned money on property that they could sell for more than they loaned
on it, immediately started foreclosure on a property that was delinquent
in making payments, were currently profitable and had been profitable
forever. The latest Hamstreet doc clearly shows a long standing practice
of deception to investors going back to at least 2012. Check out that
Colorado real estate that somebody paid for, it could have been me with
money being sucked out of what ever fund had a cash balance. What was it
90 properties they should have foreclosed on?

I totally disagree with what you are saying, you have a short sighted

Thanks Belinda. I signed up for the email alerts and am getting the
notifications. I read the report and it is really sad.
Notice that Hamstreet dismisses our of hand the possibility of
getting anything out of banks, title companies, etc.
Also, to me it is jaw-dropping that none of this is considered
criminal. Just how it looked at first glance (like a Ponzi scheme)
would have prevented an ethical person from accepting the engagement.
It is definitely in the territory where the lack of objectivity of
the receiver and his interest in continued billings (he is getting
paid, remember, out of the income Ross and Maureen are still making).

Here is the link. It is on the Hamstreet home page and there is a
link to the pdf. This is not under the documents that you have to
put in a password for.
I don’t know if everyone is getting these notification emails So
click the link below and then the pdf on their home page.
