But what I gleaned of interest was the difference between her tone today
and the tone the day of the Red Lion meeting in which Hamstreet laid out
their plan to 200 folks. At that meeting she was distraught, saying she
had nothing left, no money for meds even. Today she said she was fine. I
pointed out that she had said she would have to sell her condo. She said
"i'm fine" . Asked about Larry, her exhusband (Larry Wampler) who earlier
she had worried would have to sell his home in Hawaii as he too was a
member of the pools-- Tooty today said he was fine as well. Then the
nugget: "He's a member of this family as much as the rest of us" I
believe Ross is also caring for the losses of Larry Wampler.

Yes it should. A federal investigation would put the kibosh on the
receivership as well.
I am still shaking my head as to why the report didn’t say something
like “ we found so many things we know to be unlawful that this has been
referred for prosecution.”
Of course, in that event the billings stop.

getting anything out of banks, title companies, etc.
Also, to me it is jaw-dropping that none of this is considered
criminal. Just how it looked at first glance (like a Ponzi scheme) would
have prevented an ethical person from accepting the engagement.
It is definitely in the territory where the lack of objectivity of
the receiver and his interest in continued billings (he is getting paid,
remember, out of the income Ross and Maureen are still making).
