Looks like a linux system needs other modifications :-/ Here it goes:
- comment the prototypes for malloc/realloc in libiberty/cplus-dem.c
- remove NEED_sys_errlist from liberty/config.h after configure
Then it build on Fedora Core4. Maybe this works for Debian too.
