Since the constitution there has been no judges. Before that I doubt their was
as juries decided. Article 6 states they are to administer justice and law.
I've seen several videos where judges stated that they administrate law. Now
these con artists love to use words that as a noun it fits their codes and as a
verb it fits our law. Judge is one them. Look it up.
