Charley, agreed.

I am trying to see determine if every muni court is a military tribunal.  If
not, is the Superior Court of a State then?

If not, are only U.S. District Courts military tribunals.

My understanding today is that gov phil murphy holds a civilian-military power.
Are any courts authorized by the defacto SoNJ or NJ Constitution military
tribunal?

Subject: [administrating-your-public-servants] Re: some USC 28 definitons

"Judge" is like "motion" and government likes theses words that fits there bill
as a noun but fits man's jurisdiction as a verb. Brings confusion to the court.
Magistrate is just below a judge or one could say apprentice. In their
jurisdicton a judge will tell you they are just administrators. Either way I do
not care what they are: administrator, judge, magistrate or Joe Blow.   When I
bring a judicial notice of a constutional law obey or be a lawbreaker.
