Are municipal court and superior court judges here in the State of new Jersey
military tribunal judges?

or just federal court judges?

Subject: [administrating-your-public-servants] Re: some USC 28 definitons

They are not common law judges.. They are a Tribunal Military Judge...The Jugde
is appointed by the clerk of court who is acting as the STATE TRUSTEE...The
judge is acting as an arbitrator hired by the city/county. That is why they
used to have a separate Courthouse from the Administrative...Now its usually a
room in the same building... Look into Arbitration and Universal Postal
Union... these are some key areas to research as well as Trusts... You have 3
Trusts in place... You have the Eccleasiastical Trust under the Vatican which
is your Baptismal.. You have the Military Trust thru your Birth Certificate as
proof of the Belligerant Occupation and you have the Queens/DC Trust which is
your Social Security Card..hope this helps

There has not been a 'REAL'  Judge in the USA since 1781
