you can use those things but it has to be done correctly, you can point out
their rules and regulations to them that they are to follow without being
mixed up in it yourself. if its a mandatory judicial notice of law,
mandatory doesnt leave wiggle room (but you must be sure its mandatory to
them like the constitution and something attaining to the constitution
thats well settled i.e that they dont have jurisdiction over us as you have
stated)

What is a republic. Most internet definitions state the power rests with
the people. Some go farther and state that It includes representatives or
by individual. Judge Nalipano says It is division of power. Both those
definitions describes the colonies as they all had their on constitutions.
Divided and represented. Divided as each individual insisted they were king
of their property. As the king of Britain moved over enforcing the crown
the people boiled.
The Constitution of the United States of America made that point very
clear that we are a republic in article 1,8,17. That jurisdicton or
authority belongs to the owner of the property. Very divided and rests in
the people since the government is very restricted to what it can own.
