america has no power over indians or their land until they decide to
further blow us away or remove you from your land (which the federal
government believes they own, then again just as those federally recognized
tribes had to REGISTER). america law has nothing to do with you, your law
is normally the law set by the elder(s) [for example how a state has made
weed "illegal" yet you can smoke all you want on certain indian
reservation(s)]

What is a republic. Most internet definitions state the power rests with
the people. Some go farther and state that It includes representatives or
by individual. Judge Nalipano says It is division of power. Both those
definitions describes the colonies as they all had their on constitutions.
Divided and represented. Divided as each individual insisted they were king
of their property. As the king of Britain moved over enforcing the crown
the people boiled.
The Constitution of the United States of America made that point very
clear that we are a republic in article 1,8,17. That jurisdicton or
authority belongs to the owner of the property. Very divided and rests in
the people since the government is very restricted to what it can own.
