Hello Charley:
I think it was you who mentioned that you begin litigation by Noticing the
Court to recognize you as astate National and you direct them to act in
accordance with the Supreme Law of the Land meaning
the Articles of Confederation (citing that the Articles are a Social Compact)
unaffected by the 1930s bankruptcyof the US and the 1993 Congressional evincing
said bankruptcy and that an artificial corporation was installedto replace the
organic united states of America.
Could you send me just the text of that pleading. I would like to file it in a
court case I am involved.I have a motion to compel coming up on the 26th of
April 2021, and I need to serve it tomorrowto comply with the 21-day notice
required for nondispositive motions.
I just don't think I grasp the concept well enough to write an effective
pleading of this natureout of my own current level of understanding
I am tempted to include an order directing the MN State Judge to declare the
entire AdministrativeState in Minnesota "repugnant to the Constitution and
therefore null and void per Marbury vs Madison.
Thanks in advance for any help you can render....
Those were my thoughts.
Thank you for your time.

The Constitution states that an oath taker must surrender his inhabitant.
Thereby becoming a United States citizen and pirate as he has no country. On

You need to study the Law of Nations to find out how a nation is formed and
also learn the difference that the spelling of words and the changes in
meanings when letters are capitalized. the United States of America, with the
little t, is the corporation of Washington DC and the Ney York Mellon in
Manhattan. The United States of America, spelled with the capital T is the
country, with the metes and bounds recorded and published. In order to be a
citizen of either, you must have a social compact agreement and give an oath of
affirmation to the country or entity that you are claiming allegiance to,
otherwise, you are just an inhabitant and must abide by the rules of where you
are an inhabitant. You DO NOT become a citizen by birth.

Actually. It’s the other way around. State citizen have the power of voting and

I agree but my view is I'm a dual citizen. Free citizen and United States
Citizen. Like one judge said: "He is a national that votes". As a free citizen
with liberties. It takes an affadavit to deny ones United States citizenship. A
deliberate consumable act of the sovereign to lose that liberty. On Apr 2,

REPUBLICAN GOVERNMENT. A government in the republican form; a government of the

2. The fourth section of the fourth article of the constitution, directs that
"the United States shall guaranty to every state in the Union a republican form

form already established, and this is the republican form of government the
United States have undertaken to protect. See Story, Const. §1807.

is a republic. Most internet definitions state the power rests with the people.
Some go farther and state that It includes representatives or by individual.
Judge Nalipano says It is division of power. Both those definitions describes
the colonies as they all had their on constitutions. Divided and represented.
Divided as each individual insisted they were king of their property. As the
king of Britain moved over enforcing the crown the people boiled.
The Constitution of the United States of America made that point very clear
that we are a republic in article 1,8,17. That jurisdicton or authority belongs
to the owner of the property. Very divided and rests in the people since the
government is very restricted to what it can own.
