Church does not have to join 501c'(3) to be tax exempt, but encorporate as
private corp. to maximize profits in the NAME of GOD.
Most nonprofits are under 501c (3) like church but getting free all sources
of free grants.
I was told by big international churches that their properties are private
properties, they can call tresspass on anyone they don't like which they
did on a guy.
Even public high schools or all schools are under COL. A friend as parent
silently did demonstration on their camper ground was indicted as stalking
specific students( students has complaining records ) and jailed for 1 year.
Any reasons? Private, public?
I think church is under incorporated or
