No, the issue is not that file sharing on Windows XP is not supported in
iTunes. I'm doing it just fine with Windows XP and iTunes 11. The issue is
getting focus in the right place for the app Jessica is trying to share
files with and how to do it with her particular screen reader.

This is a wild guess but it might be that if you own windows xp isn't
supported for these types of things anymore.
I just say because it isn't supported by iCloud tools anymore and it is a
high possibility this may be another thing it can't do.
I have read several articles through out the time that state windows xp is
going to be dropped by programs as a supported system.

Anyone may correct me if I am wrong about it not being supported on this
file transfer thing threw iTunes.

page 5 in a folder called files 1 of 3, I keep tabbing and I get a list of
apps that are in my doc. I tab once more and get a list of pages. I errow
down to page 5 and press enter on it and right errow to files one of 3 and
press enter on it. Then I down errow thinking I will be in the folder, but
no, I am still on the page of folders. So I errow back to files 1 of 3 and
shift tab 2 times to get back to the tree view which is still empty.

with the files stored in the app on your device.

and the view menu and everything and could not get file transfer working. I
