Jessica, I can tell you what you need to do but unfortunately, I can't tell you how to do it. I still have some vision and use ZoomText visually and its screen reader. With focus on my iPhone in the iTunes 11 sidebar, I can tab to the Apps button on the main iTunes screen which it sounds like you've done. There is then a listing of the Apps on your phone below these buttons and to the left and pictures of the various iDevice screens to the right of that list. You don't want to select the Ubidisk app from the screen presentations. Below the apps list and the screen presentations is a section called File Sharing. There is a subheading below File Sharing called Apps where the apps you have to which file sharing applies are listed. You need to put focus on Ubidisk in that list. Unfortunately, I cannot figure out how to do that on my system without using my vision and my mouse. The various keystrokes I tried were a no go. I assume from other comments about the accessibility of iTunes that this is doable but how to do it will depend on your particular screen reader. I've read many comments in the viphone email list where folks are doing this file sharing tweaking so I know it can be done. When you have focus on Ubidisk in the file sharing apps list, the screen to its right will list the files on your device and the buttons Add and Save To will be available at the bottom right of the window as I
explained in another post.

Good luck.

I found the apps button and pressed it, but I just get an empty
apps tree view. When I am on the tree view, my 4 erro keys do
nothing. Then I keep tabbing and see my list of apps on the first
page, but since ubi disk is on page 5 in a folder called files 1
of 3, I keep tabbing and I get a list of apps that are in my doc.
I tab once more and get a list of pages. I errow down to page 5
and press enter on it and right errow to files one of 3 and press
enter on it. Then I down errow thinking I will be in the folder,
but no, I am still on the page of folders. So I errow back to
files 1 of 3 and shift tab 2 times to get back to the tree view
which is still empty.

When you click on the iPhone name and you get the list of check
boxes and you check the one that says apps you don't get the
apps?

Hi,

in the tree view, arrow down to your IOS device. Tab over to
the apps buton and press that. There should then be a table of
apps that support file transfer. Select the app you want. Then
there should be another table with the files stored in the app on
your device.

Hi. I pressed ctrl s to show the sidebar and went to sources
tree view and I do not see the list of apps that can transfer
files. So then I clicked on the iPod button and tabbed around the
screen and found my list of folders and apps, but right eroing
does not open the folder and pressing enter on it also did not
open it. I have UBI disk in a folder and I can not select it to
transfer files from it. I looked everywhere in iTunes and the
iTunes menus and the view menu and everything and could not get
file transfer working. I have files on ubidisk i need on my pc.
Please help. Thank you.
