accessible-iOS Re: still can't move files

If you have your device selected in the tree there should be a series of
maybe radio buttons or something which starts with summary and one of
those is apps.  On the Mac its a checkbox which exposes the apps table
and the file transfer apps table, but I am not sure what it is in
Winndows.
