Being new to the pc isn't the issue; it is knowing what what one is doing
that should be the concern.
A program or system has a reason for hiding things. If you understand
what the files are, that is one thing.
If you are unsure, it's best leaving well enough alone.
Think of how little space these files take up!!
It may be perfectly fine removing them; but then, on the other hand, it
may be not.
