If I am not mistaken there's a checkbox somewhere,
presumably in control panel, that you can check so that the
screen cannot accidentally be swiveled.
This has happened to me before also , I think I was trying
to read a table and inadvertently pressed the alt key with
up or down arrow instead of alt control.  Who would want to
swivel their screen anyway?  I understand in larger
computers but in a laptop or similar?  Why?
