Hi Eleanor I don't have any problems with the nc10 apart from the one with avast but that isn't even a problem either as I'm sure it is up-dating even though the sounds don't work. I didn't resolve the screen issue with the nc10, mum did, I couldn't have cared less if the screen is up-side down as I can't see it but for people who help me it is a little inconvenient. What is this hot key for changing the screen, obviously I need to avoid it if possible? I now have a usb modem for the nc10 it works very well. I am hoping to get together with some local people here soon and get broadband organized so I shouldn't need it too much. Anyway I do not want to be flippent really as it was great to hear from Adrien how he resolved it, having an NC10 I will watch out for it.
