I wonder whether it makes any difference or not if you try with another
email account other than the main one you use. For exammple, if your
default email account uses a pop 3, and you choose to use an email client
such as Outlook express, what if you try from say hotmail or yahoomail.
Just a suggestion, don't know if it helps though but perhaps it might be
worth your while trying.

Hi list,
Thanks for all the replies and suggestions...Well, I've done everything such
as turning word editor off, disabling automatic signature and so forth but
still, I can't seem to subscribe to the NVDA list hosted on freelist. One
of you told me that there is nothing that I can do as it is obvious that
some ISPS do not recognize some of the software used on freelist. In that
case, how can I eventually subscribe to the NVDA list hosted on the
freelist server then? I have also tried subscribing via the website but I
still get a confirmation email to which I have to reply and of course when I
do that, I still get a message back saying that no command was found. I
guess I am totally at a loss now and I probably will have to give up the
idea of subscribing to the NVDA list then.
Anyway, thanks a lot for replying to my message, greatly appreciated.
