Andrew. Short answer to your question is, Yes, after you've got it set up. One-off label printing then should be much easier. When I answered your last question I thought afterwards that a word about the printer software might have been in order. What follows is therefore the longer answer to your question. Installing the printer software is straightforward enough, but the difficulties might start when accessing the software to setup return address and other default settings, as well as setting the position of the return and addressee fields. The software allows for many options, including inserting bar codes, pictures etc. You may find yourself resorting to a lot of help from others at this stage. Would be nice if someone could design standard templates that you could simply install to get you up and running. Maybe someone will do this if these devices catch on. It wouldn't be difficult. With the Dymo printers, and I am sure other makes too, when you install the printer's software you are asked if you want it to integrate with Word. This is probably the best thing to do. In that case it installs a macro or script which adds another option to the tools menu, in my case Dymo labels. (You will probably get a warning from Word that a macro has been invoked, or Word could stop you using the script at all, depending on your Word settings, under Tools, options.) On choosing the label printer option from the tools menu you are presented with a simple form dialogue in which to enter the recipient's address. The only problem which many may encounter is that tabbing to the various buttons for print , help and close results, in Window-Eyes in a 'custom control' message. The good news is that using the mouse keys does reveal what the controls are. Also, keyboard shortcuts are readily available in this form/dialogue. (Guess in JAWS this means JAWS keys or something similar.) I'm sure that initial frustrations can be overcome though and I am sure people here will help and share their experiences. HTH.
