Hmm Wendy - ah i think i know what's happening here now. Perhaps what you
need to do is go into the popup blocker settings, and add the URL. To do
this, go into the Popup blocker as you did earlier. Once in this sub-menu,
arrow down to the settings dialog. Tab to the field which allows you to
enter an address, and type it in. Next, Tab next to the Add button, or hit
ALT A. Finally, Tab to 'Close, and hit enter. Note i found you have to
re-start, or at least re-start IE for the new settings to take effect.
Thinking about it though, if you've disabled the blocker, then it should be
allowing them anyway. However i guess its possible you need to again -
restart the browser.
Try adding the address though and see what happens, and maybe it'd be as
well to enable the blocker again. HTH

Thanks for this. When I click to listen it gives me an audible sound and
then returns to the link asking me to listen again. I went into the jaws
cursor and that's where it said that a pop up window was blocked but it
didn't ask me to OK it and I could get no more information about it. Do I
need to go into the pop up blocks sub-menu again in Internet Explorer even
though I've turned pop up blocker off or should I be going somewhere else.

Hi Wendy,
you need to access the Information bar. Once you've okayed the dialogue
informing you the pop-up has been blocked, press ALT + N to access it. Next,
use your arrow keys to arrow through the choices.
If this for some reason doesn't work, we'll maybe look into your IE security
settings. HTH

I'm trying to listen to a Radio 4 programme via the internet but each time I
try to listen a message comes up saying that a pop up window was blocked.
I've been into tools and turned pop up blocker off but it doesn't seem to
work.
